\\ MICHELLE & JAMES – EGYPTIAN MACEDONIAN WEDDING VIDEO \\
We’ve been privileged enough to shoot a whole lot of weddings and experience a range of different cultures… so when Michelle and James contacted us about their Egyptian-Macedonian extravaganza… we just knew it was going to be a HUGE celebration!
Both of our soon to be newlyweds spent their morning’s getting ready at their parent’s houses. Our glowing bride Michelle got the party started early and spent the morning dancing away to some traditional Macedonian music with her family! Meanwhile in Geelong, James’ extended family surprised him by coming over all the way from Egypt!
For their ceremony, we made our way to the iconic St Paul’s Church in Melbourne CBD. Michelle looked breath-taking as she made her way down the aisle to a nervous yet excited James. We loved the blend of cultures in their ceremony and we loved even more that James’ grandfather was one of the priests conducting the ceremony.
After the ceremony we were joined by our good pal Theo from Loco Photography. We made our way around the city capturing some stunning footage and moments. Everything about this wedding felt so classy, from the chic city locations to the elegant bridesmaids in sequined gold dresses. It is so exciting doing a location shoot when all the elements come together so perfectly.
To finish up, we made our way to Showtime for an epic reception! Our newlyweds entered the immaculately styled venue, dancing to traditional Egyptian music and drummers. After some heartfelt speeches, it was time to hit the dancefloor and party the night away to a perfect mix of Macedonian and Egyptian music!
